Stacey was amazing! I was on a 3 month commitment that was now finishing and she helped to sort my account where I couldn’t choose for another commitment. She checked my accounts and refunded me when she saw an error I didn’t even know and made sure there was discounts on my next orders.

Overall, my experience with Numan has been positive. While there were a few hiccups along the way and some initial communication issues, these were resolved effectively. I would also like to make a special mention of Mikey, the Patient Support Manager. His communication has been excellent, and he played a key role in swiftly resolving the initial issues, as well as helping to make the treatment more affordable. Keep up the great work Mikey.
