All I can say is a big thank you. I have struggled with my weight since the menopause. Now I'm well on my way to looking like my old self. All those size 10 clothes i kept was for a reason. Now by the end of this year, I should be back into them. I'm so very happy again and I'm looking good.

I've had an unhealthy relationship with food all my life. I ate when I wasn't hungry & never knew when to stop. Wegovy has been great for me. My issue is, how long can I afford to buy it? I'm a pensioner & with an higher dose, comes an higher price.

I’m happy overall with the ordering system and how quickly the pen is delivered . I would , however , like to see some kind of reward /discount for continued purchase with you other than reward for referrals. I’m not so happy with my recent experience with customer care . I had a problem with my pen , and it seems I over primed on my 3rd dose , resulting in no 4th dose available to me . Customer service , in my opinion were not really helpful. I had already purchased my 3rd pen and started using that a week earlier than I wanted to . I am currently researching other pharmacies to see if I am able to buy my pens slightly less expensive.

Reordering is very easy and delivery always within a couple of days. My only gripe is I regularly get a damaged box containing the pen and my latest not only had a damaged box but the box it came in had one side ripped open with an elastic band around it securing the contents inside. Maybe the delivery boxes need to be of a more sturdy product to prevent damage in transit.

Always get quick response to and questions I ask. Delivery is quick .Always get a message when I'm due to reorder to remind me. I've had no issues with this company.
