I've spent hundreds of pounds trying to lose weight for years with various fads, clubs and tortuous exercise regimes. I always failed and ended up putting on more weight, feeling defeated. Juniper was easy, hassle free and supportive at every step. The health coach was always available when I needed advice and the app had lots of food and exercise ideas to add further support to my healthy change. I no longer need to take medication for hight blood pressure or acid reflux and I feel great about the way I look.

I am finding Juniper really supportive but not too invasive... A good balance! I feel I always have guidance available when I need it, which is very reassuring. All communication has been appropriate whether that be emails, or app based. I find the 'June' ai chat function super handy to figure out e.g. diet alternatives or any motivation needed!

Have reached my goal, 5 stone loss since July 2025, couldn’t have done it without Juniper. The support / on line app has been brilliant. Regular check ins, on line support if needed. Great Facebook app to shares meal ideas. I am now on maintenance and requested a lower dose, was dealt with efficiently and very quick.
