I was very surprised to be questioned about a repeat of medication which I have ordered many times before. My order was delayed by two days. I have always found Cloud to be very efficient so am unsure as to why this has changed.

So straightforward online. A pharmacist was even in on a holiday weekend assessing my application. Very prompt response. Quick delivery and I knew from the Royal Mail app exactly where my order was. Included antiseptic wipes and needles for the month. Order was still very cold when it arrived in chill pack. Clear instructions how to use the pen. Very easy reliable service.
