Simple use of online ordering to local store. Would have rated 5 stars had it not been for the collection experience, my mobile contact wasn't passes over so I waited a week and then went into the store to discover they had my prescription bit no contact number on file

Very easy to complete the on line form and quick with the acceptance However, this is let down with the time it took to actually pick up the prescription from the Boots chemist of 7 days. I am hoping my second prescription will be quicker.
