Everything is always received in good packaging with a cool bag. Instructions are easy to follow and customer service is great. The only downside is the price but you are on average cheaper than other suppliers.

Contacted Bolt Pharmacy to consult about starting weight loss jabs and found the whole process easy to follow. Submitted all the information they required and was accepted onto the programme. Prices are reasonable, delivery is prompt and I’ve had no issues at all. Checked on my NHS app and Bolt have kept my GP updated with all the meds they have prescribed to me. 10lbs down so far which I’m delighted with. Would highly recommend if you’re wanting to start a weight loss journey.

I think these guys are probably one of the best providers. I'm honestly only dropping a star because the on-boarding process took a long time. Partly that was due to me not being a new patient, but just swapping provider. They follow up really well and their customer service is excellent.

I messed up and put the wrong dose in my order last month. They took my money and never sent the meds. I messaged them and they thought they had sent an email. They were very apologetic and they helped sort out my mistake. My meds arrived a week later. I find them very helpful and friendly. Xx

The signup process was pretty straightforward with the verification being carried out quickly. I had an issue a subscription renewal not generating an order after payment was taken. It was fixed the night I noticed it after raising with Customer service and the order was sent out the next day.
